How do you measure success?

We measure success by leads and revenue, not vanity metrics.

What matters:

- Phone calls from new customers

  • Contact form submissions
  • Jobs booked from marketing efforts
  • Revenue generated

What doesn't matter (as much):

- Rankings alone (rankings without leads are worthless)

  • Traffic alone (visitors who don't convert don't help you)
  • Impressions (being seen isn't the same as being called)
